A Client Hired Me to Grow Them 30X. Here Is the Honest Answer.

A company hired me to help them grow 30X.

Grant Cardone is famous for 10X. So apparently I'm 3X Grant Cardone now. 😂

But seriously: can you actually grow a company 30X?

The quick answer is no.

The longer answer is yes, but.

30X is not a strategy. It is a destination.

If you are doing $1M and want to get to $30M, I can build the sales strategy to get you there. I can define the ICP, the positioning, the sales process, the pricing, the pipeline requirements, the hiring plan, the marketing engine, all of it.

Then comes the question nobody likes asking:

What resources are you actually willing to put behind the goal?

This is exactly what I fix, hands-on. Monthly, no contract, no exit fines. If revenue is stuck, the call costs you nothing.

  • If the plan needs 20 salespeople and you give me budget for two, we are not going 30X.
  • If we need serious demand generation and the marketing budget is $5,000 a month, we are not going 30X.
  • If the sales cycle is nine months and you want the result next quarter, we are not going 30X.

Give me sufficient resources, and yes, 30X can absolutely be on the table.

The one variable I cannot eliminate: time

Even with the budget and the team, there is one thing no operator can magic away. Time. A nine-month sales cycle does not become a six-week one because the board is impatient. Pipeline has to be built, worked and closed, and that takes as long as it takes.

Work backwards, or the number is fiction

This is what I see constantly when companies set aggressive revenue targets. The target itself is often not crazy. What is crazy is setting it without working backwards and asking what it actually requires.

How many opportunities? How much pipeline? How many salespeople? How much marketing? What conversion rates? What sales cycle? How much money? And how much time?

Answer those honestly and one of two things happens. Either the target is real and you now have a plan, or the target is fantasy and you just saved yourself a year of missing it and blaming the team.

You do not get 30X because you wrote it on a slide

You get there by building the machine capable of producing it, and then by feeding that machine enough fuel and enough time to run.

BioCatch went from $7M to a $2.4B Visa exit on exactly that: not a slogan, a machine. The company that hired me for 30X will get a real answer, a real plan and a real number, the moment we agree on what they are willing to put behind it.

Now I need to go build that machine.

Your sales suck. You don't know why. I do.
