71% of Israeli startups say the war hurt fundraising. 90% are still building.

And yet they're still here. Still building. Still pushing.

That number isn't a eulogy. It's a testament.

A survey of 637 Israeli tech companies published today by the Israel Innovation Authority tells the full story:

Yes, 48% lost a quarter of their workforce to reserve duty. Yes, 87% are dealing with delays. Yes, investors are hesitant.

But only 10% furloughed employees. The other 90%? Still fighting. Still operating. Still finding a way.

This is what Israeli founders are made of.

We don't stop. We adapt.

And here's what I know from 20+ years of building revenue in hard markets across the world:

Pressure doesn't kill good companies. It exposes weak strategy and forces the right decisions.

The founders who come out of this stronger are the ones using this moment to fix what was always broken: their revenue engine. Their positioning. Their sales motion.

Not when things get easier. Now.

Because when the market opens back up and it will the ones who built the infrastructure during the storm will be the ones who scale fastest.
