Your marketing wrapper is not a distraction. It is the first thing buyers see.
There is this new theory about the "bells and whistles" or the "eye candy" of your marketing efforts. I mean all the "wrapper" in which you cover your product / pitch / service.
So many would recommend to keep it as lean as possible for maximum effect - for example, if you record a message in a car, or at your desk - your audience won't get distracted by the view.
WRONG!
Your client FIRST sees the "wrapper" - the outside - and only then he'll see the actual product / service. Now, there is no argument that he actually WILL see it for what it is - but the external will come first.
Please do invest in your packaging / marketing material - it represents who you are and what your product stands for.
Your sales suck. You don't know why. I do.
