Sales Chain - whom are you selling to - and whom are they selling to?

B2B Sales

Before you start selling, you must understand the exact Sales chain you are selling in, your location in that chain, what is the exact value you bring to the next link , and what is the value that link brings to the next one.

Here’s what I mean:

- If you grow bell peppers and sell them directly to consumers , that’s B2C.

- If you sell those peppers to a retailer , that’s B2B.

- If you sell them to a distributor that sells them to the retailer , that’s B2B2C.

- If you sell them to an importer that sells them to the distributor that sells them to the retailer , that’s B2B2B2C (unless the end retailer is an on-line one , then it’s B2B2I2C).

- If you sell your peppers to the government that exports them for you and sells directly to the retailer , that’s B2G2B2C.

I have a few more of those , but you see the point.

Each Sale chain is different and requires a completely different approach.

HOWEVER, they all have something in common:

VALUE.

What is it that you bring to your immediate customer , and what is HIS value , how can he profit down the line? Or in other words , you’ll have to help your customer sell your products!

Good luck , and please message me if you need help with your Sales.
