I launched my company by visiting a customer, not posting from an office.
Today I visited our first client about a product I am launching in this post I'm officially launching TheDealMentor.AI. A Virtual CRO - replaces $500K in annual sales leadership for $149/month Playbook, ICP profiles, competition analysis, and battle cards, objection handlers, outreach sequences, call simulation, and rep certification. All AI. All built from your specific company context.
And on day one I didn't post from an office. I went to a customer.
MakhSuss. Two founders. Robotics implementation for factories and food facilities. 10 completed projects. They close deals they're good at that.
What they needed was sharper infrastructure:
Who exactly to target. They had customers but hadn't defined their ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) clearly enough. The difference between "manufacturers" and "mid-size food processing facilities in the US replacing manual slaughter lines" is the difference between a 6-month sales cycle and a 6-week one. We built their ICP profiles in the intake.
How to handle competition. When a prospect brings up an alternative, you need a script not an instinct. TheDealMentor.AI generated their battle cards: where competitors fall short, and the exact words to use when the comparison comes up.
How to do outreach beyond their network. Their pipeline was relationship-driven. Powerful but limited. We built them cold outreach sequences for email and LinkedIn, written for their specific buyer and their specific proof.
Total time: 20 minutes.
Their reaction: "This is exactly what we needed. Why didn't this exist 3 years ago"
That's why I built it.
Your sales suck. You don't know why. I do.
A 15-minute call, no pitch. You will leave with at least one concrete thing to fix, whether or not we work together.
