B2B Sales

Many speak about Sales… Unfortunately, it’s mostly about easy and straightforward B2B or B2C.

How about something more complex than your typical Cold-calling, email sequences, SDRs/AEs…

Something like this:

I was hired by a DYI manufacturer to expand their Global Sales. They are doing great in the US and EU , and now it's time for new markets. It took me about a month to come up with the Strategy and I advised them to enter the Eastern European market.

Romania and Moldova were chosen as good starting points.

That’s the WHERE.

Now the “How”.

Using the power of LinkedIn, I eventually got in touch with the Ambassador and the Economic Attaché in Romania. They helped me to set up a Road Show and many meetings with relevant decision-makers , both buyers and local distributors. They also participated and helped with their knowledge and connections.

The same happened with the Moldavian Ambassador , which came to our HQ in Israel , and made the proper introductions.

As a result, those two countries became a beachhead for an expansion into the Eastern European Market.

Cold Calling is great. Spamming people also works. FB/LI ads, SEO…. That’s nice.

But that is NOT how you do Sales on a larger scale. B2B2B, B2B2G, B2G , they all have a different set of rules.
